Modi has described his electoral success as showing the collective strength of democracy to the world. Referring to the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the prime minister said that his government was working with unity and determination to alleviate the suffering of people in the country, especially the daily waged workers. The strength of the 130 crore Indians could inspire and inspire the world, said the PM.
