The cabinet has decided to recommend Dr. M.R. Baiju as the new chairman of the Kerala Public Service Commission. The new appointment is in the vacancy of the current chairman Adv. MK Zakir who retires on October 30.
Dr. MR Baiju is currently a member of PSC. He was appointed as a PSC member on January 9, 2017. He is a native of Ambalamukku, Thiruvananthapuram. He completed his M.Tech and obtained his doctorate in engineering.
He was appointed as a member of the PSC while he was a professor in Electronics and Communication in the Govt College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram.
