Beijing: A China Eastern Airlines plane with 133 people on board crashed in south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Monday.
According to state media reports, it said rescuers had been dispatched and there was no immediate count of injured and casualties. The twin-engine, single aisle Boeing 737 is one of the world’s most popular planes for short and medium-haul flights.
The Russian News Agency reported that the search and rescue operations are underway.
