Moscow-Goa Flight diverted To Uzbekistan after bomb threat

The flight from Russian capital Moscow to Goa was diverted to Uzbekistan due to a bomb threat. The incident happened on Saturday morning. The Azure Airlines flight, which was scheduled to land at Dabolim airport in Goa at 4.15 am, was diverted.

Authorities diverted the plane before it entered Indian airspace. Dabolim airport authorities received an e-mail message that a bomb had been placed on the plane. A similar incident happened two weeks ago. The Goa-Moscow flight was made an emergency landing at the Jamnagar airport in Gujarat that day following the bomb blast.
