We and Comrade Pinarayi in South India and Honorable Sister Mamata in the East! MK Stalin supports Kerala

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has come to the scene by expressing his support to Kerala. Earlier, he had called for protests in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, citing the central government's approach and retaliatory measures against the states in which non-BJP governments are in power. Following this, Stalin praised Kerala's efforts to draw the Supreme Court's attention to the issue. The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister accused the Central Government of abusing the powers under Article 293 of the Indian Constitution to control the right of states to borrow.

He said that the basic principle of economic federalism envisaged in the Constitution is under threat and has enumerated the neglect faced by Tamil Nadu from the Centre. With the Lok Sabha elections around the corner, two important leaders of South India are standing against the Center for the strike and it is very important for everyone to watch. MK Stalin assured Tamil Nadu's support and cooperation in Kerala's efforts to preserve economic federalism. Noting this, the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister also shared the post on his official X account. Through the post, he also announced that the DMK will participate in the protest organized by the Kerala government in Delhi on February 8.

“We, Comrade Pinarayi in South India, our Honorable Sister Mamata in the East, and the leaders who have unwavering faith in our Constitution all stand together today for State Self-Government.” Stalin wrote in his ex-post.
