Toyota to Launch Vitara Brezza under Toyota’s brand as Urban Cruiser in August 2020. Toyota has not officially announced the vehicle launch date, but it is expected to be launched in late July or early August. The new compact SUV will come with a slight variation of the front and rear bumpers, changes to the grille, and a premium finish to the interior, along with the Brezza.
Toyota India’s first compact SUV has been named the Urban Cruiser. Unconfirmed reports say that the Urban Cruiser is named after Toyota’s luxury SUV Land Cruiser.
The vehicle will be powered by a 1.5-liter hybrid petrol engine in the new Vitara Brezza. The new vehicle will be equipped with a five-speed manual and a four-speed automatic gearbox. The K15B petrol engine, which uses smart hybrid multi-hybrid technology, has a power of 104.69bhp at 4,400rpm and 138Nm of torque at 6,000rpm. Fuel efficiency is 17.03 km / h for the manual version and 18.76 kmh for the automatic version.
Maruti Suzuki’s premium hatch back Baleno was launched as Toyata Glanza the market in June 2019. The Glanza soon became one of the best-selling vehicles in the Toyota line-up. Toyota and Suzuki have agreed to re-badge their vehicles, such as the Ertiga and Altis.
