The Madhya Pradesh assembly elections are just days away. In this situation, the phone conversation of Devendra Singh Tomar, son of Union Agriculture Minister and senior leader Narendra Singh Tomar, about money transactions is out. The footage of Devendra Singh Tomar talking in a video call has come out. In the video, Devendra Tomar is saying that he will give one hundred crore rupees and prepare the account. They are talking about taking money from mining and land tycoons in Rajasthan and Mohali. In the video call, the person on the other side tells Tomar that he owns Rs 18 crore invested in four different accounts.
Another video has already ignited a huge controversy in the state. Madhya Pradesh PCC president Kamal Nath’s media adviser Piyush Babel has requested ED and CBI that a conversation in which Devendra Singh Tomar was discussing a deal worth crores of rupees has come out and please verify its authenticity. Congress leader Supriya Sreeneth asked why the central agencies are silent when a transaction worth hundreds of crores of rupees is conducted by one person. Digvijay Singh challenged Narendra Tomar to resign as Union Minister if the video is true or to take legal action if the video is fake.
At the same time, he alleged that the video was created artificially to tarnish his image. “A video has surfaced falsely claiming that I have done transactions worth crores. “This video is part of a conspiracy to defame me,” Tomar alleged in the complaint. He said that neither he nor anyone in his family had received such a huge amount.
