Suresh Gopi fulfills his promise; Donates advance payment of ‘Ottakkomban’ to MAA

Actor-politician Suresh Gopi is an epitome of generosity and often lends his helping hand to the needy in whichever way possible. The superstar on Monday, as promised earlier, announced that he received the advance amount for his new film ‘Ottakkomban’ and will be handing over the amount to Mimicry Artistes Association (MAA) today.

Suresh Gopi took to his official Facebook handle, and shared the picture of a Rs 2 lakh cheque, in the name of Mimicry Artistes Association. He wrote, “Received the advance amount for my upcoming film #Ottakkomban. As promised I’ll be handing over this cheque for ₹2 lakhs to the Mimicry Artistes Association (MAA) today.”

On the actor’s Facebook post, actor-director Ramesh Pisharody commented, “On behalf of the organization and my own, sincere thanks for extending your generous support.”

‘Ottakkomban’ comes with a tagline, “Though I Fall, I Will Rise Again”, which is directed by Mathews Thomas and produced by Tomichan Mulakuppadam of Mulakuppadam Films.

Suresh Gopi will also be seen in a crime thriller, ‘Paappan’, directed by Joshiy and produced jointly by David Kachappilly and Raaffi Mathirra.
