The state has reported yet another Covid death as the total death toll in the state has risen to 22. Kollam Mayyanad native (68) succumbed to death at Parippally Medical College. It was on June 10th that he reached Kerala from Delhi Nizamuddin. While undergoing his mandatory quarantine period, he got affected by fever, upon testing his samples turned positive.
On June 17th, he got admitted to Parippally medical College. However, soon then his condition got worsened, and some highly expensive medicines were brought from Kochi. This is the second covid death reported in Kollam district.
