The Mathematics Training and Talent Search Programme (MTTS) has invited applications from interested candidates for applying to its 26th Mathematics Training and Talent Search (MTTS) programme. MTTS, which is funded by the National Board for Higher Mathematics (NBHM), is offering a four week intensive summer training programme. Indeed aiming to promote creative thinking, the programme covers various aspects of Mathematics.
The programme is being offered at three levels – Level O, Level I and Level II. While the former one covers basic foundations, subsequent levels provide expertise on Algebra, Analysis, Topology and Linear Algebra. Third/Fourth Semester undergraduate students, fifth/sixth semester undergraduate students and first/second semester postgraduate students, can respectively apply for level ‘O’, ‘I’ and ‘II’. Applications are to be submitted online at www.mtts.org.in/programme-mtts/mtts-2018. While online application procedure ends by February 19th, the hardcopies are required to be sent to the ‘Director, MTTS Programme’ on or before 26th February.
