CPM legislator Sachin Dev and Thiruvananthpuram Mayor Arya Rajendran will get married on September 4, at Thiruvananthapuram. The wedding is likely to be held at the AKG Hall, followed by a reception at Kozhikode.
The duo got engaged on March 6 this year.
Arya Rajendran is the youngest mayor in India, while Sachin Dev is the youngest legislator in the Kerala Legislative Assembly. He represents the Balussery legislative assembly constituency.
Arya was elected from Mudavanmugal ward, belonging to Nemom Assembly Constituency from Communist Party of India (Marxist) at the age of 21 and was appointed as the mayor of the corporation which made her the youngest mayor in the country.
She is the state president of Bala Sangham, the Kerala’s largest children’s organisation. She is a state committee member of Students’ Federation of India and also serves as CPI(M)’s area committee member at Chala.
