Microsoft is reportedly under the works of bringing up a new smart wireless headphone. Going in line with the new patent filed by Microsoft named ‘Audio earphones having an adjustable cable system’, there might be an adjustable cable system interconnecting left and right speaker units. Reports further suggested that there would be a system of plurality of pods, which would be connected to different parts of the cable system.
Further, there would be sensors inside the earphone apparatus, to provide additional functionality for the system. Though Microsoft has filed for patent, we don’t have an idea about when the technology would become materialized.
