Google launched Bulletin app

Google has come up with a hyperlocal news app, Bulletin. The app, in which anyone can submit stories related to his/her communities, is free in nature. Interestingly, users can tell a story using the photos and videos captured from their phone. While uploading the story content, users won’t have to go through the procedures of creating a blog or website.

Though Google has plans of expanding the reach of the app, Bulletin right now is limited to areas such as Nashville, Tennessee, Oakland and California. While announcing Bulletin, Google officials maintained that users would be able to update their stories in real time, with the option of adding media and text content on later stages.
