Dulquer Salman’s ‘Kurup’ grossed Rs 75 crore at the box office. This is the global collection amount of the film. Within 5 days of its release, the film had grossed over Rs 50 crore. Dulquer Salman said that he was grateful to the audience for accepting ‘Kurup’ with open arms and that it was a community success. The film, which was screened in 505 screens in Kerala, earned Rs 6.5 crore on its first day. Vijayakumar had revealed. Although spectators were allowed only 50 per cent of the seats, Kurup’s performances were housefull.
It was released on 1500 screens worldwide. In Kerala alone, more than 2,600 shows were held on the first day. There are theaters with seven or eight shows. The heroine of the movie is Shobhitha Dhulipala who made her Malayalam debut with the movie Moothon. Indrajith Sukumaran, Sunny Wayne, Shine Tom Chacko, Vijayaraghavan, P.
