Students those who secured admission for MBBS, BDS, B.Tech, B.Arch, Agriculture, Veterinary, Homoeo through KEAM 2018 should submit the following certificates/documents during their allotment process conducted by the entrance commissioner.
List of Certificates/documents to be produced at the time of admission
(a) Admit Card issued by CEE.
(b) Certificate to prove Date of Birth (SSLC certificate or Birth Certificate)
(c) Original Mark List to prove academic eligibility.
(d) Pass Certificate (if obtained).
(e) Allotment letter issued by the CEE (Allotment Memo)
(f) Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
(g) Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended
(h) Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than Higher Secondary Examination/Vocational Higher Secondary Examination conducted by Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE
(i) Migration Certificate, if applicable.
(j) Physical Fitness Certificate (medical certificate) in the relevant format given in given format.
(k) Data sheet of KEAM 2018.
(l) Receipt of fee remitted. (For Spot allotment keep DD taken in favor of entrance commissioner)
(m) Photos (keep 10 – 15 photos)
Candidates are advised to keep 2 – 3 photo copies of the above said documents while attending the allotment.
