Deepak and Deepa, children of former chief minister Jayalalithaa’s brother to be the legal successors in the property dispute , The Madras High Court has declared.

The court also directed that instead of taking over private buildings at high prices, people should be involved in philanthropic projects. Deepak and Deepa have been allowed to form a trust in the name of Jayalalithaa for their service activities.
