Google Arts & Culture has launched a digital installation – Future Relics. The digital installation, is part of the ongoing exhibition, ‘India and the World: A History in Nine Stories’. Installed at the Chhatrapati Sivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya in Mumbai, the Future Relics explores technology with an archeological eye. Visitors can share and contribute information about their objects of interest with this interactive installation. It is mobile phones and cars, which happened to be the most popular objects shared by the visitors.
Google is expecting the initiative to explore the ways with which technology connects various stories. The 3 month exhibition was started off in November.
