First Bell Rang: Kerala started Virtual Classes

As was informed, Kerala has started broadcasting the first of its kind in its history – Digital Vidyarambham. The online class session has begun as KITE Victers channel started airing English lessons for class 12 students. Though the extraordinary situation of the world under COVID – 19 has put a hold on each and every aspect of the life, the state however has defied all odds in resuming the online education, without deferring from its practice of previous years.

The online classes, as was informed by the Director of Public Instruction (DPI) K Jeevan Babu, the classes will be held in various sessions from 8.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday for all the classes up to higher secondary, barring class 11. KITE had already released the schedule and time slot given to different classes, ranging from half an hour to two hours.
