False: Indonesian Doctor Dr Hadio Ali’s Last Photo Before Death Of COVID19

A picture said to be the last photograph taken of Indonesian medical doctor, Dr Hadio Ali Khazatsin together with his family, before he died from being infected with COVID-19, is fake. Actually the picture shows a medical practitioner standing at the gate of a house, as his two children look at him.

The photo is spreading across social media with claims that it captures the sad moments of Dr Hadio Ali’s last visit to his house before his death. Some caption says that, the Dr Hadio Ali watches his pregnant wife and kids from road just outside the gate. An excerpt from the caption reads, “The photo has a lot to say. This is the last picture of Dr Hadio Ali, who recently died after treating the humans tormented by Coronavirus in Jakarta, Indonesia.”

It went viral in Indonesia when the Corona outbreak started in the country. It is the very best in Southeast Asia. Dr Hadio Ali, a neurosurgeon was the resident of South Jakarta in Indonesia and died on 22nd March due to COVID19.

What is the truth behind this photo: After making a research on the image, we found that the actual image was uploaded in to facebook by Ahmad Effendy Zailanudin, a Malaysian user, who had shared the image on March 21, a day before Dr. Hadio Ali’s death. The man in the photo is the cousin of Ahmad Effendy, who is also a doctor works at a hospital in Selangor, Malaysia. Currently his cousin is in good health and treating patients affected by Coronavirus.
