The Controller of Technical Examinations, Government of Kerala, has invited applications from candidates, for admission to the equivalency test for Lateral Entry Diploma courses. Candidates, who have got diploma in Engineering, provided by the State Board of Technical Education of other states, can apply for the test. Candidates, after completing the 3 year diploma course, can have a lateral entry to B.Tech courses.
Final year students too can apply for the test, provided that they would be able to submit the certificates by 31.08.2018. However, candidates, who have been awarded the diploma under distance mode, can not apply for the examination. Applications can be submitted online through https://www.tekerala.org/. Last date to apply for the test, is March 17, 2018.
