Edward Snowden has released an open source tool software, Haven. The application, which is specifically designed for human rights activists as well as security agents, uses Android phone’s sensors for detecting the minute changes happening in a room. While informing about ‘Haven’ through a video, Snowden mentioned that the app was developed in association with the ‘Freedom of Press Foundation’ and that of the ‘Guardian Project’.
The application would help laptops from suffering from physical tampering.
