A Covid patient has tried to commit suicide in the Covid ward of Thiruvananthapuram Medical College. The man, who tried to hang himself in the Covid ward, is in a critical stage. Authorities informed that he made a vain attempt last day to escape from the Covid ward. The escape attempt made by the person generated quite a lot of frenzy in Thiruvananthapuram. It was the collective effort made by natives and authorities that brought him back to the Covid ward; since then, he had been under a stressful state.
According to the reports, the last test samples of this person had turned negative. It came to be known that he could have been discharged from the Medical College in two days.
