China Threatens To use Laser weapons against India and USA

Defense experts warn that China has the potential to destroy Indian and US satellites. They claim that China’s underground laser weapons have the capability to strike any weapon in space. China has also gained the ability to destroy enemy satellite sensors with Chinese laser weapons. During the war, China could cause great damage to Indian and American satellites. However, India and the United States already have the capability to destroy satellites. During a test last year, India’s satellite itself was destroyed by a missile.

In January 2019, the Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) revealed and warned about this in a report on space threats. Experts have identified a Chinese laser station for destroying satellites located in Xinjiang, which has four buildings. One of these buildings has a satellite tracking system. The other three buildings are used to damage satellite sensors. China has also set up five fixed range stations. They are located in Shanghai, Changchun, Beijing, Wuhan and Kuming. Two are mobile rising stations. They can be moved from one place to another according to their operational needs. Range stations are mainly used to track satellites and space debris. But it can also be used to destroy enemy satellites.

“US satellites could be more vulnerable to China’s ground-based lasers,” the report was published in Spencer. The range system at Shanghai station uses a relatively low average 2.8 watt laser. Experts say the wattage at other stations will be more or less the same.

Another laser of 60 watts is regularly used at the Shanghai station to measure space debris. Estimates show that one watt laser weapon has a one in 1,000 chance of causing permanent damage to the satellite sensor, doubling the 40 watt laser chance.

India had successfully tested an anti-satellite missile in space in 2019 due to the growing threat from satellites from China. The Anti-Satellite Weapon System (Asset) is a capability possessed by the US, Russia and China. These can be used to destroy or intercept satellites targeted in space.

No satellites are safe

China already has the technology to destroy any satellite in space at any time. China’s new state-of-the-art space weapons can disable or destroy even rival satellites.

Chinese researchers are busy building weapons of the future capable of subduing powers such as Russia and the United States. Experts believe that China may use such weapons to counter its rivals. It is estimated that China may not be willing to compromise on space control. China is waiting with a huge array of equipment, ranging from electromagnetic waves to DuWed Direct Energy Weapons (DEW).

Other countries are envious of China’s technological advancement in knowing the direction and motion of satellites. Centers have been set up to track the movement of such satellites in different parts of the country. One such is located in Nagri, Tibet. They are easy to attack because they can accurately determine the position and orbit of foreign satellites.

Once the satellites’ trajectory and other data are stored, Du, which is based in China, will take over the responsibility. One of these is in Xinjiang. Dew has four main buildings. Their roofs will slip off. Three of these are connected to vacuum spheres. Given their shape and size, it seems likely that they will use chemical lasers and weapons made of rare metals such as neodymium. The small building with the sloping roof will be used to track the moons and the other three will be used to launch attacks alone or together. Their operation will depend on the type of attack on the enemy satellite. These can ‘dazzled’ or disable satellites. Ducks can emit high energy laser waves.

EMP experiments

Another is electromagnetic pulse (EMP) experiments. Satellite imagery shows that such experiments are taking place in the mountains of Xinjiang.
