All India BEd Entrance Examination 2019: National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) decided to conduct a National entrance examination for admission to the BEd courses in the country. Admission to the BEd courses/seat allotment will be based on the rank list prepared based on the National BEd Entrance examination from year 2019.
NCTE also decided to start the Joint BEd degree course from next year. The duration of the joint B.Ed course will be 4 years. NCERT also prepared the syllabus for the B.Ed common entrance examination 2018.
The syllabus for the entrance examination is as follows.
Duration: 2 hours
Total Questions: 80
English language – 20 marks
Teacher Ability – 30 marks
Reasoning Ability – 30 marks
Negative Mark:
For each correct answer 2 marks will be awarded and for wrong answer 1/2 mark will be deducted.
