Xiaomi has launched Mi Bunny WhatsApp service, with an aim of enhancing the WhatsApp experience. Essentially free, the WhatsApp based service is capable of pushing instant updates about the products of Xiaomi. It also gives weekly MIUI update notifications as well as reminders about upcoming MI fan meet ups. Using the service, one can also get customer support by texting ‘Support’, which will be followed by on screen instructions.
Currently being Beta tested, the service can be availed by subscribing to the Xiaomi Mi Bunny service for WhatsApp. Company officials further maintained that users can unsubscribe the services at any time.
