Having already launched the Redmi 6 ad Redmi 6A smartphones in China, Xiaomi is looking forward to launching the devices in India. Though the company has not divulged an exact plan, close circles however maintain that the event would take place within two months. Apart from Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A, the company will also be bringing Redmi 6 Pro as well in India. Redmi 6 Pro, which has not been launched in China, will make its presence felt in the Chinese markets by June 25 onwards; along with Redmi 6 Pro, Mi Pad 4 tablet too would make its presence felt in Xiaomi’s home turf.
Both Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A sport a 5.45 inch display, with an aspect ratio of 18:9. While the former comes with a RAM/ROM combination of 3GB/32GB, that of the latter has got 2GB/16GB under the hood. Both run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
