Thiruvananthapuram: The state-run banks will be back to normal from Monday. The working hours of banks in the Red Zones are from 10 am to 2 pm. Operation will be normal in other areas.
The state’s banks have returned to normal after a month and a half. The decision was taken by the state government and the state level bankers committee.
The operation will be as usual, with fixed hours from 10 am to 4 pm and working hours from 5 pm. But it is also suggested that banks should not operate in hotspots in redzones. The decision has to be taken by the collectors.
