WhatsApp has rolled out the YouTube integration feature exclusively for iPhone users. The latest update from the messaging application, v2.18.11, has brought along with it, the Picture in Picture (PiP) feature. Available for downloading from the App Store, the update has also fixed some bug issues as well. With the advent of the YouTube integration, iPhone users can now watch YouTube videos in WhatsApp app itself.
From now onwards, YouTube videos can be opened up in a small bubble in the chat window of users. Users will also get full control over the YouTube playback features, including that of play/pause, close and full screen. That said, the company is yet to make an announcement regarding the launch of the Android version of the feature.
