Vivo X21 UD to launch in India on May 29

Vivo is said to be preparing to launch the X21 UD on May 29. Already introduced before the International markets, the device got also launched in Chinese markets as well. Featuring the ‘under display fingerprint scanner’, Vivo X21 UD happens to be one of the few smartphones in the world to feature the technology. However, industry insiders do not have a clear picture of the plans of Vivo, as the company has not launched the predecessor of X21 UD in India – Vivo X20 Plus UD.

Essentially a mid range handset, Vivo X21 UD is priced at CNY 3,598, which approximately translates into INR 37,100. Featuring a 6.28 inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 19:9, Vivo X21 UD runs on Android 8.1 Oreo, with FunTouch OS 4.0 on the top. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, the device comes with a RAM/ROM combination of 6GB/128GB. A vertical dual camera setup – 12MP+5MP is featured on the rear side, while a 12MP selfie shooter completes the list. Vivo X21 UD has got a 3,200mAh battery inside the dock.
