Stressing importance on its physical appearance, Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Utsav Edition of the Alto 800. While the model is aimed at cashing in on the upcoming festival season, it must be added that the model hasn’t made any significant difference to its engine from its previous version.
While the latest edition of the model has got chrome garnishing on the ORVMs, we can’t leave the new addition of reverse parking sensors; along with it comes a new seat upholstery. Surprisingly, all these aforementioned items come at a package deal of INR 20,000.
Going back to the technical aspects of the Utsav Edition of Maruti Suzuki Alto 800, it is powered by a 0.8-litre petrol engine, with a maximum power of 48 bhp at 6,000 revs per minute. It reaches a peak torque of 69 Nm at 3,500 revs per minute.
