Cambridge Analytica is something which has marred the reputation of Facebook. Facebook has virtually lost all its credibility, when the news reports of its tie up with Cambridge Analytica, grabbed spotlight. In line with Facebook, it is now revealed that Twitter too had a tie up with Cambridge Analytica, in terms of sharing its user data. Reportedly, Cambridge Analytica had received a one day access to Twitter’s platform for analyzing some random samples of public tweets. While acknowledging the report, Twitter however maintained that it had not given access to private information of users.
Though Twitter has not shared much about the private information of users, Cambridge Analytica is said to have correlated the data from that of from Facebook.
