The compact SUV is the most powerful motor vehicle in the world. Toyota is expected to be a strong presence in this range. Toyota plans to enter this range with a sub-compact SUV called Reyes.
Toyota is expected to make the most of its vehicle launch on November 5th. Reyes is a design vehicle inspired by the rocky model that was first introduced by Daihastu at the Tokyo Motor Show.
The race is expected to be the successor to the Toyota Rush, which was on the line until 2016. The Rush on the Foreign Lane is now a seven-seater vehicle. Reyes, which is less than four meters in length, is based on Toyota’s DNGA platform.
The large trapezoidal grille, stylish headlight, sporty bonnet, 17-inch alloy wheel, floating de pillar, black roof and black cladding make the Reyes stand out. The vehicle will also have a premium quality interior.
The vehicle will be powered by a 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. The engine is powered by 98bhp and 140.2Nm of torque. The transmission will be a 6-speed manual and CVT. High-end variants will include four-wheel drive.
