Kochi: The tire of a KSRTC bus fell off while running on the national highway. The front tire of the KSRTC bus which was coming from Munnar to Aluva was blown off. Talanarizha avoided the accident.
The incident took place on the Kochi-Dhanushkodi National Highway near Kothamangalam Iyenkav Sreedharma Shasta Temple.
A big accident was avoided because there were not many people in the bus when the incident took place and no other vehicles were passing on the road.
No one was injured in the accident. Eyewitnesses say that even after the tire burst, the bus went out of control. The front rim was also damaged when the tire came off. RSE 308 series bus met with accident.
