Reports suggest that Tata will soon launch the Tiago Aktiv. The car comes with an Aktiv Kit – costing around INR 30,000 to INR 35,000 more than the existing variant’s price. Unveiled during the Auto Expo 2016, the Tiago Aktiv is all set to hit the market soon in this year. The Aktiv Kit, according the company officials, comes with plastic coating over the bottom of the car. Well, Tiago Aktiv will also come with different seating covers and window shades. That said, Tata Tiago Aktiv is powered by a 1.2 liter three cylinder Revotron Petrol Engine. The engine produces a power of 83.8bhp at 6,000rpm, while the peak torque figure stands at 114Nm at 3,500rpm.
On the other hand, the diesel variant is powered by a 1.05 liter engine, capable of producing 69bhp at 4,000rpm. In the range of 1,800 – 3,000rpm, the diesel mill produces a peak torque figure of 140Nm.
