As was informed by the industry players, the actor has fully recovered from Covid and would soon join the sets of his next film. His immediate next film is been tentatively titled as Suriya 40, which will be directed by Pandiraj. It is heard that he would join the sets of the film by next week. Makers maintained that Suriya can be seen essaying the role of a villager in Suriya 40.
While Priyanka Arul Mohan will pair opposite to Suriya, the Pandiraj directorial also features Sathyaraj in another important role. The shooting is expected to get completed by the end of May, after which makers are planning to release the movie in the second half of this year. Earlier, it was in the month of February, which Suriya took social media spaces to inform that he was tested positive for Covid and requested people to stay safe.
