SS Rajamouli’s Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer ‘RRR’ had a special screening in the US that met with a huge response from the audience.
The film was screened at the Los Angeles’ Beyond Fest and received a standing ovation, with the audience cheering throughout the film’s screening.
“#RRRMovie last night was historic. People will talk about this screening for years, the legend will only grow. Watch these videos – this has never happened outside India on this scale. Only @ssrajamouli and @RRRMovie could have made it happen, (sic)” wrote the official handle of the fest on social media, also adding, “Hail to the King. The one, the only, SS Rajamouli at #RRRMovie tonight at the Chinese Theatre. @RRRMovie. (sic)”
Rajamouli also took to social media to share a heartfelt video from the night of the audience cheering on as he took the stage after the screening. “Your adoration and applause towards my heroes, my film and me were enormous. THANK YOU USA, (sic)” he wrote, sharing the video.
RRR hit screens earlier this year and the film also featured Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and others in key roles.
