In a happy note, the Covid 19 test result of BCCI president and former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly has turned negative. The star cricketer has been in home quarantine for some time, after his brother Snehashish Ganguly was tested positive for the pandemic. With Snehashish Ganguly turning positive on July 15th, Sourav Ganguly had voluntarily undergone a home quarantine.

On the other hand, his elder brother Snehashish Ganguly is reportedly getting recovered from the disease. Reports suggest that he might get discharged from the hospital in the coming days. That said, the Bengal Cricket Association Secretary now handles the office matters through virtual meetings. Earlier, Snahashish Ganguly’s wife and her parents were tested positive for Covid. It was then that Snehashish moved to Sourav Ganguly’s family home in Behala.
