Snapchat has rolled out a new app design, following the widespread critical comments, which it had received from the previous outing. The new design for iOS users has incorporated a design, wherein snaps and chats are aligned chronologically. On the other hand, the ‘Stories’ from friends has been placed on the right hand side of the camera. The ‘Subscription’ feature is something, which Snapchat has added this time. Now, this lets users to keep the ‘Stories’ from popular creators in the loop; thus, separating the other ‘Stories’.
When queried about the latest design, Snapchat officials informed that they were rolling out the update. The move is meant to ensure users’ feeds getting prominence on the platform, rather than the promotional ones or celebrity ones making it to the top.
