Insults against the Mayor are widespread in the social media as well. With this, the municipal secretary filed a complaint with the chief of police, the museum and the police. After the altercation with KSRTC driver Yadu, a case was registered based on the complaint filed by the mayor. At the same time, the numbers of the obscene messages were also released.
At the same time, more CCTV footage of the incident was released. The verbal spat took place after the car ran over the KSRTC bus. Mayor Arya Rajendran's car is parked above the zebra crossing. The incident took place at the signal in front of the Palayam Safaliyam complex at 9.45 pm on Saturday. In the footage that finally came out, there is a bus and a car coming parallel to each other on the Plamood-PMG road. Earlier, the mayor had said that he did not stop the bus.
