Schools Aim to Conduct Cancelled Exams At Home

The state government ordered to cancel all exams up to Class 7 and declare all students passed as a precautionary measure in the wake of rising outbreaks of COVID19. Students from Kindergarten to 7th standard have been excluded from the annual exams.But the schools are planning to surprise students by conducting the cancelled exams at their homes. Since they have already prepared the question papers, the schools are planning to conduct exams at students’ houses.
The parents will be asked to collect the question papers from schools. Once, the children finish all exams, answer sheets should be submitted at the school within the prescribed date. Some schools are also ready to distribute the question papers online.After this the teachers will examine the answer sheets and publish the result. Parents should invigilates their ward at home.
General education department secretary A Shajahan also supported the decision to conduct exams at houses. However, exam results would not affect the promotion of students.
