Reports from auto industry suggest that Royal Enfield is all set to launch its next Classic series. Going in line with reports, Royal Enfield Classic 500 Scrambler would be getting ready to launch in March 2019. That said, deliveries would start by April 2019 onwards. Though we are far from any official reports, this one would be the first factory built Scrambler in India.
Powered by a 499cc, single cylinder BS – IV engine, RE Classic Scrambler 500 churns out a power of 27.5PS, while the torque figure stands at 41.3Nm. The new entrant from RE would have a conventional telescopic fork at the front side, while the suspension would come with fork gaiters to support the suspension unit. The company is yet to provide an idea about the pricing of Royal Enfield Classic Scrambler 500.
