RED, which had announced its Hydrogen One Smartphone back in July, last year, is all set to ship the smartphone this summer. Reportedly, Hydrogen One ‘Unlocked’ pre orders would be shipped even before this summer. Sporting a 5.7 inch display, Hydrogen One can display 2D and 4V images. Able to shoot both 3D and 4V content using the on board cameras, RED Hydrogen One is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835xx processor.
Sporting a 4,500mAh battery under the hood, the first smartphone outing from the leading high end video product makers, costs $1,195 for the base model. The amount, translated to Indian standards, would stand at INR 77,000. The titanium finish model priced at an even higher level, $1,595 (INR 1,03,000).
