The annual Ridermania event held at Goa, witnessed Royal Enfield announcing two new flagship models before the Indian market – Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650. Both the models, powered by 650cc, air cooled, parallel twin engines, which offer better performance. According to company spokesperson, both the motorcycles are capable of delivering 47PS of power at 7,100rpm; at 4,000rpm, the peak torque level reaches 52Nm.
Considering Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, the café racer has got a strikingly similar look to that of the Continental GT 535, though with some changes, like that of the new dual side exhaust muffler. Into the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, you can definitely find the major happenings took place with the Triumph Bonneville.
