Laxmi Bomb, in which the main character is Akshay Kumar, is preparing to reach the viewers’ online. Akshay Kumar is in late talks with Disney and Hotstar. The movie will hit the theaters on May 22.
While most producers have decided to postpone the release of films until the end of the Coronavirus crisis, at least some are planning to make films available to people through online platforms like Akshay Kumar. Lakshmi Bomb is a Hindi version of the Tamil film ‘Kanchana’ by actor and producer Raghava Lawrence.
Lakshmi Bomb is directed by Lawrence himself. The film is expected to reach viewers online in June, following the final stages of editing and background music mixing.
The film is being released online, considering the possibility that the lockdown may end in May but delay the opening of theaters. Lakshmi Bombam will also be brought to small cities across the country by Hotstar on Disney World.
