Barring some of those initial hiccup years, Malayalee film goers have always placed a huge bet on Prithviraj Sukumaran. Well, with every single step, he has proved why he is the right man to lead the industry. Today, the star has announced his next project. Indeed a huge announcement, the project comes with the tagline of being ‘India’s first movie to be shot completely in virtual production’. The star has shared a poster of the film, which however didn’t feature the title of the project. However, netizens have jumped into making a conclusion that it would be a period-film.
The project has been conceptualized by Gokulraj Baskar, who will be directing the project. It would be a joint production venture between ‘Prithviraj Productions’ and Listin Stephen’s ‘Magic Frames’. As was mentioned in the poster, the film will be made in five languages – Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi. When an excited Prithviraj has taken social media spaces to announce the beginning of a new chapter in the art and science of film making, it must have excited even the least optimistic personals. That said, with film makers taking up challenging situations with innovative methods, rays of hope have started breaking the shackles of pandemic narratives.
