Paytm To Donate Rs 500 Crore to the PM’s Relief Fund to Fight Corona

New Delhi: The digital payment company Paytm today said it will donate Rs 500 crore to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.

We have a duty to support the government in its fight against coronavirus spreading across the globe. PTM President Madhur Deora said all PTM users should join the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund and join the fight against Corona.

Meanwhile, all cash transactions using PTM’s wallet, UPI and PayTM Bank debit card will be funded up to Rs 10, the company said.

He added that for every transaction made through PTM, the company would transfer a small amount of money to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.

Earlier, Rs 5 crore had been allocated to manufacturers of medical equipment and medicines to fight the virus
