Introducing before their American customers an option to send money through their facebook messenger account, PayPal has gone a step further. Announcing the same, PayPal officials claimed that people now can use their messenger account for various money exchange related activities. It must be noted now that last year, PayPal had teamed up with Facebook Messenger, enabling the latter as a means of communication for the users of PayPal.
Now, with PayPal reaching in on terms with Messenger for P2P payments, the company also set up a customer service bot for its Messenger users. It is believed that PayPal would be making further expansion of this service, worldwide.
