Girish, the owner of the bus, challenged the motor vehicle department again after the court ordered him to release the Robin bus that was seized by the motor vehicle department.
Girish informs that the Coimbatore bus service will start immediately after the vehicle is released. The Motor Vehicle Department says that it has misled the court.
They also say that if the service is done, the car will be impounded. But once the train is released, he will start the Coimbatore service on Monday itself.
“We will drive until we catch the car, if we catch the car, we will face it in court,” says Girish. Girish said that the central government has been asked to clarify the law and whatever the proposal is, it will be accepted.
Meanwhile, the court had ordered Robin to leave the bus. The court ordered the release of the bus after paying the fine.
The action is taken after paying a fine of 82,000 rupees for violating the law. The order is from the Pathanamthitta Judicial First Class Magistrate Court.
The motor vehicle department officials should prepare a list of the items in the bus. The court has also directed that the police should help the motor vehicle department in this regard.
