Ethiopian Prime Minister Abi Ahmed Ali has been awarded this year’s Nobel Peace Prize. Abhi Ahmed Ali was awarded the award for his efforts to restore peace with the neighboring country of Eritrea. Swedish environmentalist Greta Thunberg was on the list of nominees for the award, but Abi Ahmed was finally chosen.
Peace is not created by one’s actions. When Abi Ahmed Ali extended his hand for peace, the Eritrean President extended his arms and hands. The Nobel laureate has ruled that Abby has worked hard to bring peace between the two countries.
