New Delhi: Corona confirmation numbers are rising among those attending a religious conference in Delhi’s Nizamuddin. State Health Secretary Beela Rajesh said the coronation test results were positive for 50 participants from Tamil Nadu.
Of the 1,500 Tamil Nadu nationals who attended the religious gathering in Delhi’s Nizamuddin, only 1130 returned to the state. The rest were living in Delhi, she added. Of the 1130 people who returned, 515 were found. Fifty of them are positive for coronal examination, said Beela Rajesh.
The corona test of 15 people and their relatives from Telangana to attend the religious conference was positive. There are currently 77 corporations confirmed in Telangana. They are being treated in various hospitals.
Meanwhile, Meghalaya police said that seven persons who had gone from Shillong to attend the Nizamuddin religious conference had not returned. Two of them were in Delhi and two in Lucknow.
